It’s not what you ask your sexually disinterested wife to consider, nor is it a lifestyle built on self-acceptance and the acceptance of others, but Open Life is extremely interesting all the same. An adult network now online for almost two years, Open Life recently turned its focus to showcasing the unique talents of some of porn’s most watchable women: Sunny Leone, Bree Olson, Aaliyah Love, Dylan Rider, and Remy LaCroix are just a few of the dynamic deviants making their home at Open Life. Costing $29.95-per-month but promising “thousands” of videos, “live pornstar shows,” and tantalizing photography that captures what has made these ladies legends in their field, Open Life probably won’t change your life completely, but it could certainly have you changing your underwear on an all-too-frequent basis.

Sunny Leone, Bree Olson, Aaliyah Love, Dylan Rider, Remy LaCroix, Lane Sisters, Teal Conrad, Ashley Fires, Charmane Star, Rikki Six, Hanna Hilton, Devon Lee, Abbey Brooks, and Cassandra Calogera are the stars of Open Life with their very own sites and styles.

High Definition videos bring you 540p, 720, and 1080p image quality in streams and downloads. Photo galleries are very exciting here, largely thanks to the incredible Sunny Leone, and they can be viewed online or downloaded in zips.

An Open Life is an active life: there’s already well over 1500 scenes and more than 1100 galleries available here. Some sites are still updating every week while others are doing so less often. Still, updates are landing on the homepage to this day.

Although surrounded by High Definition updates, many recent releases are disappointingly low-res and certainly not true HD. Updates also seem to arrive whenever they’re available and are not on a regular schedule. Only Lane Sisters and Sunny Leone still update weekly.

Open Life not only posts “new” content starring pornstars who’ve now retired, but has entire sites dedicated to them, sites with “recent updates” shown on the tour pages but nothing of the sort inside. These sides are slowly dropping off the schedule and will soon die.

332 videos of Sunny Leone and almost all of them are limited to softcore nudity, striptease, and behind-the-scenes footage. The same can be said of many of Open Life’s stars, but Sunny is by far the biggest tease here and occupies much of the archive.

Open Life’s confusing network seems to hide many of its top stars, flood the archive with others, and keep others still at a very long arm’s length (as in the case of Remy LaCroix whose site is allegedly coming soon). It’s a curious network that is flooded with behind-the-scenes and softcore posing videos (i.e.: filler) but is also home to some incredibly wild hardcore romps. It’d just be great if there was a worthwhile search function and some category tags to keep browsers on the right track. While there’s some “new” videos that fail to reach HD resolutions, most new updates do, hitting 720p and 1080p in most cases. Photos, at 1920px, won’t blow anyone away but look good online and in zips all the same. Most troubling, though, is Open Life’s inclusion of websites devoted to pornstars who retired years ago. Their old work might be great, but what of the future, Open Life? What of the future?
